This Maple was cut about three years ago , air dried then finished off in a solar kiln then flattened sanded and crack filled for a guy he only wanted 1/2 the slab so I will make a table out of the three way part

This massive gilded mirror came out of one of Seattle’s original banks — the First National Bank building at 1st and Yesler, built around 1900. This used to hang in the lobby over 120 years ago. This live-edge mantle was cut from a piece of maple on my sawmill in Snohomish. Maple trees reach full maturity at 40-50 years . This mirror is 2 times as old as the mantle!
