I am brokering 183,000 BF of CYPRESS Log Home materials for a business associate.
It was all produced out of veneer quality Old Growth Cypress logs. Every thing was sawn, kiln dried, surfaced and the wall logs molded to 8" x 12" with a tongue and groove and ready to erect. Enough of the wall logs have been dove tailed on one end for corner interlock. Everything is ready to be erected.
Materials are 12' to 20' and heavy to 16' length.
I am pricing this material at approximately 55% of current costs to have it produced by the only 2 companies who would even quote a price on a semi load of cypress this large, wide and finished.

Cypress is a beautiful wood that accepts sealer' stain and any finish well.
It is more rot and bug resistant than any of the cedar species and will last many decades with minimal maintenance.

I have been offering this as a single unit sale but have decided to break it out into units of materials for log homes in sizes 1,600 SF and larger. Prefer 2,000 SF plus.

There is enough to erect approx.18,000 SF
of log homes or structure.

Changed the boards in my wife's bench out with some of our cedar. Sealed it with Penofin to lock the color.
Looks like spots on the finish but that is.shade from a nearby tree.

New pergola project just completed.
20 x 22 over the Old driveway. The one across the front of the house is 5' wide and 30' long.
The large pergola is our standard full 6x6 posts. 2x8 headers and 2x6 joists.
Downsized the materials on the one across the front of house to full 5x5 posts. 2x6 headers and 2x5 joists so it would not overpower the house.
Materials are sealed with Messemers UV-PLUS.
