Happy Earth Day from all of us at Method Homes! 🌎
Here at Method, we are proud to build responsibly and design intentionally. Sustainability has never been just an add-on, it is a core guiding principle that is built into the foundation of every home we create.
By constructing the majority of each project off-site in our climate controlled factory with a 100kW solar system, we are able to significantly reduce waste, recycle materials locally, and protect your home from the elements. We prioritize using locally sourced, quality materials, creating healthier buildings from the start. Also, since we have minimal on-site construction, we help preserve the integrity of the land and prevent disturbances to the surrounding area.
But it doesn’t stop at the build process. Our homes are designed to be resilient to the surrounding weather and climate conditions, harmonious with their surroundings, and energy efficient, with most of our buildings meeting rigorous environmental standards including LEED, ENERGY STAR, and Passive House.
Here’s to building responsibly and celebrating Earth Day everyday!
