Needed my coffee today because the day started by notarizing 6 refinance packages for one customer! We finished it all in 90 minutes and that included me double checking our work after!! A notary ALWAYS needs to check for anything possibly missed before leaving or else guess who’s going back free of charge?! 🙋‍♀️✍️⏰⏳⚡️⏲️⏱️✍️

Have witnesses, will travel!! When my college boys are home I love ‘bring my kids to work day’!! Today we traveled to Fountain Hills to help a couple finalize their estate plan (wills usually require 2 witnesses).
A witness must be over the age of 18, must not be named in the document, and must be arms length so no conflicts of interest! ✍️👩‍💼🧑🏻‍💼👨‍💼✍️
