What an honor to be asked to dress the Golden Gate Villa in her most recent colors. Being over 120 years old and one of, if not the most, iconic of historical residences in Santa Cruz, careful consideration was exercised in the selection of this color scheme. The most dominant colors used here are from the Benjamin Moore Historical Color Key. Many thanks to my wonderful client and it was a pleasure to work with Bret Carlyle Painting Team on this project.

This apartment complex went from a boring beige to each building having its own unique fun color scheme. The client wanted to create more of a village look that was fun to live in. Mission accomplished, with a wonderful client and a beautiful result.
