Last night, as we began our scheduled system update, some members experienced intermittent issues with debit and ATM card transactions. We understand how critical it is to have uninterrupted access to your funds, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Our team worked diligently through the night to resolve these issues. Debit and ATM transactions are now functioning as expected.

As a reminder, cash applications — including Apple Cash, Venmo, Zelle®, PayPal, and others that are linked directly to your checking or savings account through automated fund transfers (AFTs)—will remain unavailable for the duration of our system update.
