New carpet comes with a warranty for installation and wear and tear. To keep that warranty intact, your carpet needs to be professionally steam cleaned every 12-14 months.

If you have problems with seams coming apart, loose carpet due to poor installation or pre-mature fiber loss and don't have documentation of service, they won't help you.

Everybody hates to do it but vacuuming on a regular basis is the easiest way to keep your carpet clean and healthy in between steam cleaning! Keep the brush roll clean, make sure there are no obstructions in the hose line. Go SLOW! 60% of all extraction is pulling towards you, should be about 1ft per second. Cheers!
