Dear Supporters,

The Quasar team is now officially a lab within Turing Robotic Industries Corp (TRI) and because it is a part of TRI, it will help in the transition of the products and services you will be receiving from us this point forward. All future correspondence will be handled by Quasar in conjunction with TRI to ensure that all communication goes smoothly and quickly.

PayPal is not allowing us to make refunds to those of you who purchased a Quasar Phone as we hoped we could of done which would of allowed us to get all refunds paid out in an expeditious manner. So, we will be handling all refunds due to those of you that requested one through our parent company, Turing Robotic Industries Corp.

TRI’s Turing Phone features a DNA of the Quasar IV. The Turing Phone features Binnacle Ocean Master which means the phone is waterproof.

You will be receiving the latest of TRI’s Turing Phone, with free upgrade to the Turing Phone II.

We sincerely appreciate your continued patience with us during this period of transition. We are doing all we can as quickly as we can to make everything good with those of you who believed in us from the very beginning and stood by us until the end. We are grateful to have such fans and customers like you.

For those of you insisting a refund please email us direct either at [email protected] or [email protected], before Paypal reinstated our functions relating to refunds we will process it via a bank wire transfer. Dear QSAlpha Supporters,

During the past six months, we have been working hard to reorganize and rebuild our company so we can better serve our customers and more importantly, you – our early supporters. We want you to know that we have been listening to all your concerns, encouragement and suggestions during this time. Currently, we are planning a re-launch of the Quasar phone and we ask you to please be a bit more patient while we work at making things right with you. This is our #1 priority!

While we won’t be able to make the April delivery date, we want you to know that we will be delivering a very special mobile phone to you that you’ll be the first to have before anyone else in the world. The reason for the product delivery delay is that QSAlpha is in the process of forming an alliance with a major manufacturer to establish a new brand. This is very exciting news for all of us because it means that you’ll soon have one of the most advanced mobile phones available and we’ll be able to offer it to the global market.

We can assure you that this current transition period will not affect our determination to launch our newly branded mobile device as quickly as we possibly can. Q2 will be a key period for us as we re-launch our company, product, brand and devotion to our customers the very best way we can. We have been working very hard to accomplish this task!

We know that some of you are upset towards over our handling of the way things have been done during this transitional period, and for this, we sincerely apologize to you. We promise you that it will never happen again and from this point on we will always work hard to make sure you are happy with us because we know it’s the most important part of our company restructuring. Our primary goal for now is to fulfill our promise to you.
So, we ask that you please continue to support us as you have been doing during our company reorganization and product re-launch. We are truly appreciative of each and every one of you and we look forward to rewarding you for your patience and devotion in the very near future. We’re sure you’re going to like what you see when we reveal our new identity to you and to the world.
We will be updating you with some exciting news in the coming weeks, so please stay tuned. Thanks again for all your support and patience during these past months while we work hard at creating a better product, company and customer experience for you.
