California is moving toward the future of notarization! Remote Online Notarization (RON) has been approved here, but we’re still waiting on the official rollout. The state is finalizing security measures and training for notaries before it goes live. When it does, you’ll be able to handle certain notarizations from the comfort of your home. Until then, I’m here to help with all your in-person signing needs. Stay tuned!

I use a range of clips ✨— from the tiniest paper clip to the big binders that hold entire closing disclosures together.
Add in extra thick bright white paper ($$), my favorite Sharpie Gel 🖊️ (highly recommended!) and of course the “Sign Here” & “Initial Here” stickies… and you’ve got my loan signing toolkit. Whether it’s organizing documents or guiding clients through the process, I’m truly passionate about what I do. 💼📑
