As an artist, I have always enjoyed things that are beautiful and different. I have my grandma to thank for my undying love of makeup and home decor... With a special place in my heart for antiques and well made vintage pieces. I can remember spending the weekends with my grandparents visiting antique shops and yard sales finding treasures. Although I enjoy a "quick" DIY spray paint job as much as

the next pinterest crazed gal, (and I am guilty of doing this to some of my own pieces for lack of patience) I feel that older pieces need to be treated with respect. With a little sanding, staining or painting and a ton of TLC I can bring any piece back to life so it can be a functional, eye-catching gem in your home.
