When there’s a lot of information to share with guests for your 3-day Malibu wedding weekend, and you really want to make sure they head to the website, what do you do? Withhold the wedding location from them!

For C+E’s save the date, we decided to not include the wedding city + state (a usual standard for any StD card). Because of their super-clean + modern aesthetic, it felt intentional to leave it off the design.

That’ll ensure they head straight online for all the details of your Malibu wedding weekend!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
And put the custom save the date inside a monogram velvet + gold foil pocket for good measure.

Opinion: I don’t think high-quality wedding invitations CAN be boring! Even if it’s just simple text, an invitation is a physical item that is tactile + beautiful.

Case in point: This classic Carmel Valley Ranch wedding invitation. The texture + weight of the paper, the impression from the letterpress printing—each invitation you open is a piece of art + an experience.

One of the biggest takeaways from the High Tide Stationer's Retreat for me was, "Make the art you love."

It's easy to lose sight of an important principle of artistry: doing creative projects for yourself fuels your creativity for others.

I absolutely love that the heart of my business is creating something that fully reflects each of my couples, but I decided this year I would create a suite that is bold, colorful, textural, + yet still approachable.

This suite was what I envisioned for a super-modern LA wedding couple who loves nature, playfulness, and is getting married at one of my favorite spots, .

I have lots of client work to share in the next few weeks, but wanted to start off with this beauty, made with joy + love.
