Did you know..101 years ago, the 18th amendment was ratified on January 16, 1919? It declared the transport, sale of, and production of intoxicating liquors illegal. What is interesting is that it did not outlaw the actual consumption of alcohol. According to the news reports, wine consumption is down 1%. Any guesses what is on the rise? . . . If you guessed hard seltzers, you are correct!
