I used to think people who posted frequently were actually filming their sessions alllll the time. Trust me, they’re not.

Most are just batch filming. Film for 1 full hour and I promise you’ll have content for at least a month.

The beauty of everyone’s attention span being so low nowadays means your videos don’t need to be longer than 10 seconds. So, it makes sense how you could turn 1 hour into weeks of content.

The piece of advice I listed that is the MOST important, is to POST BEFORE YOU TALK YOURSELF OUT OF IT. Sorry, for yelling but I know how it goes! You’ve waited so long to post that you want it to be ✨perfect✨. Perfectionism is procrastination’s ugly cousin. Just post it!

Veryyyy intrusive thoughts like “Am I even a good massage therapist” may come up if you’re on my table, but you’ll probably never know 🤫🫶🏼

Am I the only one who questions my skills when my client is being completely silent and I can’t tell if they’re enjoying it??

Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE being a massage therapist, but after 10 years in this industry… I have a few complaints.
