Can you believe we are already in April?!? Here’s some of what I’ve been up to since the year started…

📸 I hosted my first get together in my new home! It was for Galentine’s day and had the best time with my girls. 🥰

📸 Went to the USVI with my bro, sis-in-law, and sister from another mother. We went to St. Croix (my home), St. Thomas, and St. John. Was trying to get a cute beach pic when a bird made a beeline straight at me. Me enjoying my grandfather playing the piano and singing. ♥️

📸 Flower things. Got a new book because I’m going to level up my flower arrangement game. 🌸

📸 Annual mammogram done. New glasses. A few random shots of me.

Living alone has been its own kind of re-orientation. Small things, like learning how to shop for one, end up teaching me about pacing, listening to myself, and surrendering to building a life that fits the season I’m in.

Grateful for a home that supports this version of me.

More than 20 speakers are coming together to share ways to make the holidays feel more calm, beautiful, + doable. You’ll find sessions on decorating, organizing, hosting, and simple ways to take care for yourself in the middle of it all.

This year, I’m talking about sleep and how your environment affects rest, including what to adjust when your bedroom feels overstimulating or busy.
