So many details about this dining table were inspired by this one component: a visible dovetail cross support on the underside of the table. This will help keep the table flat (fingers crossed). The rest of the dovetails in the table are a mix of useful and embellishment. Can’t wait to wrap this one up and see it all come together.

I started this project complaining about knotty alder, and honestly I will finish it the same way. But it does look pretty when it’s cleaned up.
