I stage occupied and vacant homes. I am working on expanding my business to include staging with furniture in the vacant homes. I have a portfolio that includes letters of recommendation, before and after pictures, and a certificate showing I am a Certified Home Marketing Specialist.

A home had been on the market a long time. My Realtor friend, Cheryl, told the Realtor to let me stage it, it would sell. I staged it a week and a half ago, and it's now under contract!!! Yeah! Thanks Cheryl for your confidence in me. Oh, and 2 others I staged, one also very recent, are now ready to close. It really works people!
