A little late but definitely note worthy!!
I’ve now helped this client purchase three commercial buildings, and somewhere between the endless drives, business conversations, negotiations, music, and big ideas, I didn’t just gain a great client — I gained an awesome friend.
What I love most is that there has always been a bigger plan behind every move.
We started together in residential real estate, and as his goals shifted toward commercial ownership, we completed two wrap deals on his residential properties as he began liquidating that portfolio and repositioning himself to focus on commercial real estate.
Now we’re already on building #3 of his 5-year plan. 🙌
I’ve watched him go from his first restaurant venture in Boerne, to opening another location in a building he owns in Blanco, to Both Hands Burger in Comfort — and now continuing to grow both his businesses and his real estate holdings.
Because eventually a lot of business owners realize… renting sucks. 😂
Instead of paying someone else’s mortgage, he now owns his locations, builds equity, has tenants generating income, and is creating a commercial portfolio alongside his operating businesses.
Three buildings down, and he’s already ahead of schedule.
