It was an amazing experience to do the build out for our first Captain D’s restaurant. I couldn’t have done it without my business partners and the wives. They were so important in crossing the finish line to making this owners/contractors build a success. We plan on serving San Antonio for many decades with the best Alaskan Cod, Chicken (mark my word as I kid you not), shrimp, salmon, white grilled fish. We use beef tallow in our oil to cook with. Today many people are removing their bath tubs and installing a larger shower. This one is a perfect example of that. They opted for two doors on this one plus an acrylic shower pan. We patched the floor with existing flooring they had kept for an occasion like this.

Extra Extra … we are working day and night and weekends to get the first Captain D’s Seafood Restaurant open in San Antonio. My job as the General Contractor/Owner (with my business partners) is to get the next one underway when we are close to the previous one opening. You will hear first where the next one will be. Our General Manager G.A. spent the last 6 months in Alabama training at one of the top training facilities. We have four managers in training currently. We are looking for 30 employees. Interested?
