Margies Color Me Crazy Furniture I sell/ use Dixie Belle chalk mineral paint as well as paint furniture. It great for any project I fell I love with my first jar.

My husband & I bought Color Me Crazy in 2015. We are very excited to serve you in our little unique shop. It went from being just a little salon to a small retail store of paints and other unique items. I have been in business for my self for over 30yrs. this little shop has brought so many new and exciting things into my life. I'm personally excited to get up and go into work every day. I get to

visit with my regulars clients/friends as well as making new ones daily. I thank the lord for this amazing fun life. Always remember: You are beautiful and you make me smile, I thank you for that.

Ok a couple of things first if your looking at glass bowls with lids these are awesome. So I got 12 bowls 12 lids and 5 little sauce containers. For like 34$ that’s cheap.

Next thing everything on the table chair set was sanded tonight and finally coat of paint put on. Now the rest of the week I can add multiple layers of top coat. I’m super excited. I go through all these steps with you so you know how to do and what to expect.

This a portion of my busy. I have studied, tested and even did online classes on these products.

Why is this important you may be thinking.

Well I get asked about other products. I’m sure some of the products work just fine. But I don’t work with them so I don’t know how they will hold up. I don’t if they will yellow or crack over time or pile back or get sticky when wet or hot etc..

So when I say I simply don’t know. I’m not hold back because I want you to buy from me only. There’s some products out there that I don’t sale and I do use and I do love. But my experience is limited with other products that I do not carry.

I try to do my best to be as knowledgeable as possible with my product brands. Weather it be paint or hair products. No gate keeping here .

I know it doesn’t look like I’ve gotten much done. But it’s not easy or fast painting. Here’s the run down so far clean...

I know it doesn’t look like I’ve gotten much done. But it’s not easy or fast painting. Here’s the run down so far cleaned sanded cleaned again. It still looked a little too shiny for me so I’m a little peaky I sanded again. Then I bossed everything twice then sanded again then brushed on paint sanded brushed it again. Let the chairs seat for a day then sanded. Pulled out the spray gun painted sanded painted and sanded. Chairs and table base are ready for paint again then one more sand and a few layers of top coat. After that I’ll get back to the table top. Then after all that it needs to dry and go home. So I can play with what’s next. You don’t want to paint it keep me in mind.

Labor Day house cleaning, laundry, cleaning furniture, sanding furniture cleaning it again priming it. Tomorrow painting oh and I’ll wash those paints I painted I need to see how they will hold up. I tried acrylic paint on them dieing to see how it works out .

Ok so my crazy self decided to learn about breaking pravana down to a bit of a lighter color.

lol Why? I know I don’t want whiteish hair. So I thought well I’ll weave in a little color. Well that didn’t work out quit the way I had hoped.
That blue rinsed out on to that white. Omgoodness well the white was a pretty color for a minute. Glad I know

Table and chairs do take a while to paint but man what a difference. Started with cleaning scuff sanding wiping again. Then primed twice and one coat of paint. White is a tough color so they will get another coat or two of paint. Then a few coats of a clear. It will be a busy weekend.
