This is a new Vintage Cottages "Farmhouse Classic" , 9.5' x 32' just being completed with a sweet red Cedar oval queen size bed. Also has king sized loft AND another large storage loft over the oval bed. With this design lay out there is fairly massive and versatile living room/sunroom space. Bathroom also finished out with Solid tongue & groove cedar!
Vintage Cottages is the oldest & most experienced Tiny House builder on the West Coast, since 2001.  All of our models are built to national ANSI code and are certified & inspected by RVIA. 
If you've done a little research online, you quickly realize the average Tiny House price (average size 8' x 26') is typically $70,000-$90,000. AND WE WERE MORE BLESSED THAN OUR NEW HOMELESS FRIENDS . . .

Vintage Cottages has organized teams of volunteers from churches and the community at large and we've enjoyed a number of amazing opportunities to donate warm, safe and insulated cottages to Dignity Village and other homeless initiatives.  Typically, during our one-day build projects, we also had a mega barbecue serving over 95 people. Some of the shelters here are a little more than cardboard or tin shacks.  But, they have a place to call home. This is an example of an outside the box solution where homeless residents establish a village on city land, they elect a Village Council and a mayor and they operate quite peacefully.  GO DIGNITY VILLAGE!!

AVAILABLE NOW! A new 2026 Big Little Bungalow. BIG!! 9.5' x 30'. 90% of the tiny houses that we build for our customers, are after signing a Purchase Order so that they can select flooring, cabinets, countertops, wall coverings etc. HOWEVER . . .
We try really hard to have one or two models available in inventory for those people who have a pressing urgent need. Right now we have two units available but they sell almost as fast as we build them. When we build for you off of purchase order, we complete the unit in 45 days from start to finish! Other builders typically take 4 to 6 months. We have a 10,000 ft.² production shop in Salem Oregon along with our display models. Come see us sometime! All of our pricing is steeply discounted so that our pricing average is $20,000 less than any other builder on the West Coast. Even our biggest most spacious unit is $58,600. We deliver to all 50 states including Alaska & Hawaii.
