For 15 years old and above at least one valid Id

This is to inform the public and all relying parties of the Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) on the use and acceptance of the various formats of the PhilSys digital ID, including the printed ePhilId, as a valid and sufficient proof of identity and age, subject to authentication.

The PhilSys digital ID is a proactive strategy of the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) to allow registrants to immediately enjoy the benefits of being PhilSys Registered, such as better access to more financial and social protection services pursuant to Section 7 (c) (1) of the Republic Act No. 11055 otherwise known as the Philippine Identification System Act.

Congratulations to Sir John A. Alcayde our first successful issuant of E-PhilID here at Centro 01 Lasam Town Center, Lasam, Cagayan.

We encourage everyone to verify your Transaction Reference Number (TRN) through this website www.appt.philsys.gov.ph and make an appointment schedule.

Good day Ka-PhilSys

Ang ating Registration Center ay bukas pa rin para sa mga hindi pa nakapagrehistro ng National Id maging ang mga bayani nating Overseas Filipino Workers (OFW). Dalhin lamang ang ating mga REQUIREMENTS sa pagpaparehistro.

Ang ating Registration Center ay matatagpuan dito sa Centro 01 Lasam Town Center, Lasam, Cagayan dito sa likod ng PTU.

GOOD NEWS MGA KA-PHILSYS! 😍

Para sa mga nakapagrehistro na sa Philsys at hindi pa po nakakatanggap ng kanilang National Id, maari na po tayong magavail ng ating E-PhilId sa registration center na nasa Centro 01 Lasam Town Center, Lasam, Cagayan.

Ang ating E-PhilId ay magsisilbing temporary Id na pwede nating magamit sa mga pribado at pampublikong transaction habang inaantay na maideliver ang ating National I.d.

Maari po tayong mag-schedule ng ating appointment sa trn-verifier.philsys.gov.ph at wag pong kakalimutang dalhin ang inyong mga Transaction Slip na naglalaman ng inyong 29 digit Philsys TRN!

Ipinapaalala rin po ang kahalagahan ng Online Appointment upang masiguro na ang ating EPhilId ay maari ng maimprenta bago magtungo sa ating registration center. Agyaman!
