We are partnering up with our friend Luke to do a yoga and bike ride event next Wednesday! We will be there doing free adjustments before the ride… sign up if your interested!

Enjoy yoga in the park with free adjustments provided by Little Bus Bikes, followed by a slow roll to Urbanrest Brewing Company in Ferndale!

RIDE ON! Royal Oak, MI ranks #3 among bike-friendly communities in Oakland County according to PeopleForBikes' City Ratings. Our friends in Rochester ( #1) and Ferndale ( #2) also made the list!

Overall, Royal Oak secured the 11th spot among all cities in the state.

According to PeopleForBikes, a strong bike network means easy access to essential services within a 15-minute walk or bike ride. Royal Oak earned its top marks for access to parks, retail, and K12 Education in the Bicycle Network Analysis (BNA), which measures how well bicycles connect people to places.
