We're thrilled to announce that our warehouse is officially open for business! Last week, we celebrated our grand opening – a dream that once seemed out of reach. This wouldn't have been possible without the incredible support of our team,families, and friends. Thank you for everything!

We extend our heartfelt congratulations to Bob Crider on his well-deserved retirement! A longtime Moccia staple, Bob's dedication and hard work will be deeply missed. His invaluable knowledge, honed through countless hours of hands-on experience, has been an incredible asset to our team. We've all benefited greatly from Bob's straightforward approach and candid insights. While we'll miss him immensely, we wish him all the best as he embarks on this new chapter. Huge thanks to SCOPOS Hospitality Group for inviting us in to showcase the Flexeserve, the first-ever convection hot-holding display!

This innovative unit uses convection air technology to keep food at perfect temperatures for extended periods.

Jim Rennix and Chef Matthew Haney whipped up delicious breakfast and lunch for the SCOPOS team, demonstrating how the Flexeserve keeps food fresh and readily available for grab-and-go convenience.

We would like to welcome Tess Woodruff to the Moccia team as our Marketing Maven. Tess comes to us with five years plus of marketing experience, two of which are in food service. She believes that food brings us together and is excited to join the team and learn more about the industry. When she is not assisting Moccia with marketing, she usually makes ice cream and develops new flavors. If you have any new flavor ideas, let her know!
