Job Title: Lead Composite Repair Technician

Location: Traveling/ U.S. Projects

Rotation: 6 weeks on/1 week off

Pay: $40-$50+per diem

Per diem: $140/day while on assignment

Job Description:
Safely and effectively lead blade composite inspection/repair crew.
Coordinate with Site Management, Customer, and Company Leadership all tasks, reports, and safety end items to ensure safe and complete project.
Execute duties and responsibilities on behalf of One Wind Renewable Energy, LLC as Lead Composite Repair Technician.
Must have proven experience leading blade composite repair crew.
Strong knowledge of structural and cosmetic blade repairs.
Experience with fiberglass, epoxy/resin systems, wet layup, grinding, sanding, and finishing.
Ability to read and follow repair procedures and technical documentation.
Strong mindset and leadership skills

- Read and interpret schematics, manuals, and fault information

- Document troubleshooting findings and completed repairs

- Follow WCS and site-specific safety procedures

- Coordinate with site management and other technicians as needed
