RECOMMENDATIONS ON HOW TO GET THE MOST OF YOUR CLEANING SERVICE.
1. We know that sometime for external factors you are forced to make changes on the scheduled cleaning service. Once you skip one of your cleaning service appointments the house is going to need an extra cleaning service or even a deep cleaning service that would require extra work. Fees would be applied based on the reschedule date.
2. Have a spare key available or inform us in advance as to where the key will be, along with any alarm or key codes.
3. If anyone will be coming to your house while we clean while you’re not there, give us a NOTICE. Otherwise the door will not be opened to anyone who can not be safely identified.
4. Allow us to adjust the temperature or air conditioning/heather depending on weather.
5. Ensure all that is considered garbage is in bins. Anything not in a bin, will not be disposed of because it can not be assumed that the item is garbage and not of value. The same way, everything that is IN BINS is considered garbage and will be disposed off as it.
6. Ensure that all belongings have been removed from the floor. Such as, dirty clothes, pens, shoes, etc. But if you prefer for us to tidy up during your cleaning time instead, INFORM US IN ADVANCED. It can be arranged, but keep in mind that service time may need to be extended or another duty be swapped out to accommodate your preferences.
7. For more efficient vacuuming, ensure that all belongings under beds or smaller areas are picked up. Vacuum will not be used where there is belongings because of the risk of the vacuum becoming clogged and breaking, or your belongings being sucked into the vacuum.

Payments can be made via Venmo, Zelle, CashApp, Apple pay, cash and checks are also fine and can be left in an envelope at your home.
