Back in September of 2019, Miriam, and I decided to pursue a long time dream that we had of opening a restaurant. We started by forming an LLC and writing our vision. We knew that our vision involved opening a restaurant and mobile food truck, but we didn't know what would come first.
We named our company ANSA Investment Group LLC. ANSA is an acronym of the phrase that our son posted on Facebook a few nights before he was killed in which he stated,” God is real. And nothing short of amazing.” Through this company, we preserve the memory of our son.
ANSA Investment Groups' first major move is the opening of VEN A Communal Eatery, which is a mobile restaurant and catering business specializing in ethnic fusion cuisine. We’ve purchased our first food trailer and plan to open in Ridgecrest, CA, this month.
