The Kentucky Employees Charitable Campaign is an annual fundraising initiative for employees of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. The KECC is comprised of eight federations that represent over 1000 charitable programs throughout the Commonwealth. The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet Highway District Seven oversees the design, construction, and maintenance of highways in twelve Central Kentucky counties.
