These are the before and during pictures to go with the previous video. The walls had the plastic tiles popular for the time of the last remodel. The floor had carpeting... A BIG no-no for kitchens and bathrooms! The plumbing was not saveable due to age and corrosion, as well as needing modification for the plans. The back wall needed a lot of work and the floor was beyond help. Floor was completely removed, joists were bolstered or repaired, and new floor put in. Most of back wall was replaced due to rot.

Sometimes the work requires low tech tools and good old fashioned sweat! This is the beginning of the remodel for a VERY small bathroom. Since this was the only bathroom in the customer's house we saved removing the toilet until the very last to help minimize the inconvenience
