Kinda cool bit of worker coop history... "The Gung Ho Movement went on to become the largest worker cooperative network in the world at the time. By 1940, 250,000 people earned their livelihood from the cooperatives. They played a major role in liberating much of China but the cooperatives went out of favor after the Communists took power."

A big Thanks again for the hospitality and the delicious food to all the Diggers! This year the weather really worked out, no rain and a gentle breeze kept the bugs away. It was great to see folks connecting and having really engaging conversations about their Co-ops!

Our truck burned down! We had a sudden electrical fire on May 31. We are grateful that nobody was hurt, that the fire didn't happen on a busy road, and that the Burlington Fire Department reacted as quickly as they did so as to avoid an explosion. But we lost the truck. The truck was our favorit...
