We removed the failing pony wall underneath this house. Fixing this issue was nothing that a few steel I beams couldn't handle. Super fun to help Mike with this project.

I make custom iron window well coverings. Strong and beautiful. Egress hatch as shown in the picture. You can lock from the inside to keep the thieves out but still have an escape route during a fire.

Look at this pass through somebody created. Guess they skipped Carpenter school. They didn't install a header for this load bearing wall. There's a huge crack in the ceiling and the trusses have settled.
