“Can you feel this magic in the air?” — words from my close personal friend Taylor Swift that most accurately describes the pre season feelings

We kick off two weeks from today with a double header that couldn’t be more opposite from one another…

From blue and white classic coastal vibes on the beach in Rhode Island ⛵️

……to pink and white glam with a side of a basketball in the mountains of New Hampshire 🏀

It’s going to be gooood ✨

One thing about coastal weddings? The wind is always part of the process. After years of installing seaside, we know exactly what needs a little extra reinforcement behind the scenes so everything still feels organic and natural once guests arrive.

We worked closely with our friends at on install day to make sure every bloom and green stayed exactly where it belonged, even in the ocean breeze 🌊

Season SIX is here and today, we begin with the purge ✨

One thing I’ve learned over the years is that bringing you behind the scenes week after week isn’t just fun for me, it’s also how so many of our couples find us and connect with our work before they ever inquire.

So while we clear out pieces from past seasons and make room for what’s next, I’m getting very excited for everything we have coming this year 👀

June starts with FIVE weddings and they’re all going to be so fun. So many immersive details, custom moments, and designs I cannot wait to share with you!

The coastal vibe we know and love, but with a color palette that made this suite feel entirely its own. Soft blues paired with peach tones inspired by those summer sunsets where the sky fades from blue into the prettiest warm glow.

It felt classic and coastal in all the right ways, while still standing apart from so many palettes we typically see, and I loved bringing that vision to life through every detail of this suite.

This weekend we had our day-of design call, and hearing all of the ideas come together for the wedding day itself made us even more excited for what’s ahead. The details we’re creating for this celebration are going to be DREAMY ✨

My favorite way to describe your seating chart is the centerpiece of your cocktail hour ✨ designed to leave an impact, tie your design together, and of course it’s functional purpose: leading guests to their table 💙

Our couples choose Newport to get married because it’s one of their favorite places and such a big part of that is getting to share the seaside city they love with the people they love most.

We always want guests to feel taken care of from the second they arrive for the weekend. From trifold itineraries with the weekend schedule, transportation details, and a map of the area to some of their favorite goodies, all in a custom tote bag featuring the iconic Newport Bridge, every last detail is designed to make guests feel welcomed and excited for what’s ahead.

One of our favorite parts of wedding weekends will always be creating pieces that guests actually carry with them, use throughout the weekend, and remember long after it’s over 🤍
