Bluwood Custom Doors is growing FAST — and we need more experienced carpenters and door installers on board immediately.

We already have 5 full-time trim carpenters working daily, but with our move into a brand-new larger production facility this week and nearly 100 doors in queue, we’re actively adding more talent to the team.

I’ll be at the new shop tomorrow from 9:30am–12:00pm interviewing potential hires.

We’re currently looking for:
• Trim carpenters
• Cabinet makers
• Door installers
• Skilled woodworking professionals

Ideal candidates should have:
• Carpentry or cabinet shop experience
• Familiarity with woodworking tools and machinery
• Ability to install doors professionally and efficiently
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

This is an opportunity to help build something BIG in Northwest Arkansas with a rapidly growing company focused on craftsmanship and quality.

Today we packaged up, crated, and shipped out our first national door order to Maryland! It wasn’t flawless, but we will learn from our mistakes and keep making it better and better!

We’re expanding the workshop!

Big things happening at Bluwood Custom Doors!

We’re expanding the workshop and making room for growth. We’re adding more lumber storage, larger workstations, and preparing for new equipment to continue improving quality and increasing capacity.

This is an exciting step forward, and there’s much more to come.
