Hello Everyone,

On May 8, 2014, our local office will be participating in the sixth annual Keller Williams Realty RED (Renew, Energize and Donate) Day. Approximately 700 offices and almost 100,000 associates in more than a dozen countries around the world will donate their day to projects related to renewing and energizing their local communities. Our office and its associates will be participati

ng by spending the day re-building a fence, installing an irrigation system, moving beds, cleaning, and painting the St.Charles Children's home in Rochester NH. We are looking to you as a member of our KW community for assistance. Please call me Carrie Kellerman at 603-486-8489 or Message me here so I can get a head count of how many of you would like to help out. We are starting at 8am and working till we are done (hopefully 2 to 3pm) If you can help out for as little as an hour or for the full day.. We will have lunch on site. (You can thank Atlas/Heritage Title, and Omni Spect Home Inspections)

Some of the jobs are going to be digging, cleaning, disassembling and reassembling furniture, some demolition work.. What we need: Bodies! Tools any and all types! Paint Brushes! If you have a lot of tools available please email me and I can give a list of what I am looking for. Thankfully this year we have sponsors for our Red Day T-shirts ( Be sure to thank Brad Kelly from Annie Mac and Jen Copp from Red Door Title).. So we are asking for a $5.00 Donation to KW Care per shirt. and with all the tornado's that have hit I am sure this money will end up helping some of our fellow KW agents.

The RED Day Committee is holding it's first meeting tomorrow, January 29th at 11:00am at the Portsmouth office to begin brainstorming ideas for this year's service project.

6 Days to RED DAY!!!
It is located at St Charles Children's Home in Rochester NH Starting at 8am sharp!

We are removing and re-installing about 65 fence posts.
We are installing an irrigation system
We are painting a huge dormitory and office.
Replacing a step.
Possibly installing a projection screen (do you know anyone that can wire this up?)
Some of the items we need are

Shovels (all types) If you have a long skinny trenching shovel that would be most excellent.

I am also looking for a stone cutter to cut about a 3ft line in the asphalt. ( if you know of someone that can make this cut for me I can meet them at the property anytime!)

Painting supplies, brushes, trays, tarps ect.

an electric or gas auger to dig out some fence posts.

Any other tools that would be used to demo a room

A pick ax
and anything else you guys would think that would be helpful

Hey KWCR, this weekend while you are picking up groceries do not forget to set aside a few items to bring in to the "food cube." May 8th we will deliver and store our donation at The Seacoast Family Food Pantry as part of our Red Day innitiative.
