I have been working with many drummers and musicians over the past 10 years to come up with the ultimate drum throne. Allowing full mobility of the body when sitting and playing the drums. It costs $219 retail and comes without a tripod stand. However it is extremely durable. Non-squeaking springs, aluminum base plate, steel plate support for weight support and a steel post clamp and the seat foam

is firm. The assembly is labor intensive and that is what also adds to the cost. This seat is not only built for mobility yet also to last. I designed this seat to help reduce the chronic back pain many drummers do or will experience throughout their careers.
