We recently installed a modern toilet packed with top-of-the-line feature, heated seat, warm water bidet, built-in lighting, and a dryer, for the ultimate in comfort and convenience. To make the space more accessible, we also removed a nearby closet, giving the homeowner plenty of room to move through the area with a walker. A simple change that makes a big difference in everyday ease and independence.

We put a lot of hard work into this renovation, and I want to thank both my team and our clients who make projects like this possible.

This homeowner had been waiting a long time to return to his home, and I’m proud that we were able to step up, get the job done efficiently, and stay within a reasonable budget.

We replaced four feet of drywall throughout the entire home and matched the existing texture seamlessly. We also installed all new interior doors, two new exterior doors, and a sliding glass door. All cabinetry was replaced, and we laid new flooring throughout the home with a continuous, sleek finish. We also replaced all of the baseboards to tie everything together and give the home a clean, finished look.

There’s still a bit more work to be done, but we’re happy to see our customer finally back in his home.
