Always the most fiddley bit, the ring requires a lot of specialised work. Cutting, steaming, bending, gluing, clamping, sanding, routing, and drilling... but it's *so* worth it. Hmmm... something's screwy with this site/page. I've been getting notifications about it for months now, but prompted to 'sign in' to do anything about it. That's kinda redundant, as this page is supposed to be controlled through my own personal account. FB suggested that there may have been a hacking attempt. Kinda silly, though... I mean who on earth would want to pretend to be an artisan yurt-builder? It works again, so I guess I should be grateful for that. Hoping the staff at Etsy can help iron out that page as well. Crossing fingers.

Ok, so this is a new one on me. I've actually dulled a needle in Bertha (Yurtopia's big, angry, canvas-specific sewin' machine). I've broken needles, sure- but apparently not as often as I used to :)
