Club Obama Philly 2008 Friend,
Seems that so many of us often feel helpless and distraught in the current political environment and wonder what we can do! Here’s a great opportunity to get involved!
As you may know I have been working with Seed the Vote for awhile now. It's a dynamic grassroots organization, active in winning progressive House and Senate seats since 2020. STV sends door knockers to swing states to have targeted one-on-one conversations that make all of the difference. There are many ways you can help with this effort - door knocking yourself, behind the scene support roles that assist others to door knock, recruiting friends and fundraising as STV pays for the travel, hotels, and gas to get our door knockers out there.
This year it's especially essential we get involved as we watch Trump ramp up efforts to dismantle voting rights and discredit elections while he attacks our immigrant neighbors, consigns the country to wars, and creates economic disaster for working people. In these elections, every bit of our informed, targeted effort can make a difference.
