This breezeway had one thing going for it when we started: incredible potential. After sitting down with the homeowners to really understand how they live, we designed something that works hard: a proper entryway with smart storage and a playroom - with a Dutch pocket door to function as a baby/dog gate! Cue me tearing up too. 🥹 This family room & powder room refresh was long overdue and the families' reactions were priceless. We kept what was working, layered in warmth, added texture, updated lighting, refined the fireplace moment, and created a space that feels cozy, elevated, and intentional.
