Update! I'm excited to share the latest experience from my quest to volunteer at 52 organizations in 52 weeks. This was #45 on my journey! For the past 2 weeks, with the help of Emerald Business Supply & Fiorenza's Food For Friends (F4), I've spearheaded a food drive for Old Pine Community Center in Philadelphia.

Led by Executive Director Mark Atwood, OPCC's mission is to provide inclusive programs & services that uplift those in need by reducing inequality through the enhancement of education & the elimination of food insecurity. Their goal is to create welcoming & safe spaces for children, adults, seniors & neighbors for their benefit & the benefit of future generations.

⭐ Our final tally: 1,700 pounds of donated food and $591 in donated money!

I am pleased to announce another act of community service we are doing here at Emerald Business Supply. Starting today, through July 9th, we are on a mission to "Fill the Emerald Truck" with donations of the following items to give to Old Pine Community Center (OPCC) on Lombard Street in Philadelphia:

✔ Ground Coffee
✔ Granola Bars
✔ Bottled Water
✔ Cereal Boxes
✔ Canned Vegetables (specifically beans and corn)
✔ Pasta
✔ Pasta Sauce (no glass please)
✔ Monetary donations may be made via Venmo to -Lyons

So proud to work for Emerald Business Supply, a company which recognizes and encourages the involvement of our team members within the community. This week, the team put together 300 sandwiches to be delivered to Cathedral Kitchen in Camden, NJ!
