In an effort to consolidate our digital platforms, we are going to archive this page and focus future updates in two places: Our Facebook group and our website.

Per the letter that all homeowners should have received on July 30 (or shortly thereafter), we are holding an informational meeting at the Waterville Library in Meeting Room A to outline our plan as an HOA and to answer any questions that you have.

Unfortunately we are going to POSTPONE the block party (originally scheduled for Saturday July 11th). We have had nothing but issues trying to plan this event, from tents not available (wanting us to go up a size and it’s $200 more), to the bouncy houses not available. We will try to reschedule for mid August to the end of August. Sorry everyone!!
