John and I were just talking; I met Grace Eris 28 years ago, as a client with the Pelican. We reconnected 23 years later
through Rachel Rigdon . Because of that connection, we met the person who supplies me with the wood I use today for my boards that has allowed me to to do what I do today for the low cost that I’m able to do for my local realtors.

I’ll never build another board again without thinking of Gracie. Wow. She’s why I can do this today. I wish she knew that.

Some of this “talk to text” will get lost in translation, however this is such a sweet note from a client to Tim Pyle, Realtor regarding the thoughtfulness of his closing gift.
