this morning, I enjoyed an unpolluted (no milk or sugar additives) cup of this smooth brew to taste flavor notes.. and I'm happy to report: it's good 👍

since I've also reduced my caffeine intake over the past few weeks (mainly to help balance hormones & for steady energy. it's SO easy to increase your caffeine intake without noticing it, amiright? 🙈) I brewed a half french press, enjoyed a small cup and saved the rest for tomorrow's iced coffee!
