This big guy came to me and was STINKY. I don't know what smell it was, but it was awful. It was also a pale wood and ugly... not much going for it. But I had a vision!
I added these kind of retro vintage legs, and originally painted it a slate blue. The blue wasn't working for me.
In the end, this greige (gray / beige) was absolutely perfect to compliment the wood legs, and I was able to use a wax to create a faux wood grain top.
It's a huge storage piece as well as a cute little table for displaying.
Probably in my top 3 favorite transformations ever!
