Like countless other Vietnam Vets, my Father-in-law, David Nocas, never spoke nor shared with anybody about his service in the Vietnam War. He was a Sergeant in the 101st. Airborne & fought in Phu Bai. A little over ten years ago he took a huge, brave step into the VA Hospital & started a long hard journey of working on himself. Because of this, he has the tools now to deal with the unpleasant memories, and is a more gentler, emotionally available father! At PDR, we are SO proud of his service in the Army & ESPECIALLY the courage he's shown afterwards. He's not on Facebook anymore but he wanted to express & encourage every veteran to take advantage of their regional VA Hospital's resources...because you're worth it! We at PDR just wanted to say thank you for all those who sacrificed for our country.
