As you are probably aware both our app and website have not been able to return search results for most of the past few days. This was as a result of a major failure of the cloud infrastructure that hosts our search index.

We are working with the provider to restore the index and in the meantime we have moved to a backup system to provide text based search functionality on the app and website.

Due to the size and complexity of the image search system we have to wait for our cloud provider to restore our main index before it will be available again. They are working on this and we hope to have it up and running again in the next 24-48 hours.

We apologise for the inconvenience and assure you that we have seen all the messages and comments, and are working hard to restore functionality ASAP.
