I am a local resident born and raised in Olympia WA. My company is fairly new; currently in its sixth year of business. Most of my work is done in Thurston

County. I have over 16 years of experience in interior remodeling and floor covering installation, as well as vast product knowledge. Olympia Tile & Interiors LLC is a small company. Operating on a smaller scale permits me to insure that all installation pass my personal approval. This also allows me to send the same employee to a job site until the project is finished. There is very little down time and production is at its optimum. With my background and expertise I feel confident in all my installations. I stand behind my professional installation methods. I value my company’s name and reputation. The majority of my business has been obtained through word of mouth, customer referrals and repeat business. I believe the service that I provide is far superior to my (small) competitors for a few reasons:
I deliver flawless installations. I respect other people and their property. This is proven by by my neat and orderly work area I insist be maintained while my crew is on the job-site. I always show up organized and ready to work. In addition, I am a good communicator. I am almost always available to discuss a job by phone, email, or in person. If I am not immediately available, I make every effort to return contact in a timely manner. I consider this to be a very important part of my business relationship. Also, I believe I am a pleasant person who works well with others. I hope that we can work together in the future.
