I had two pretty amazing employees at the Nokomis Cheer Showcase this week 🥰 They have helped at a few other events but never left alone to run the operation on their own, and they did great. We had a mini business lesson regarding gross sales vs. profit, talked about inventory and cost of supplies.
I love my business just a little bit more for giving us a real world example to teach our boys 💙
On today's episode of car crochet, I am double fi***ng my caffeine 😆 My Dunkin coozie is my first and fav from Blue Ember. If you know me, you know I adore the Golden Girls. Pretty sure I'm Dorothy, because let's be honest, I cannot hide my RBF 😑

We'll be setup at Nokomis tonight for the Cheer showcase hosted by the Nokomis Varsity Cheer team, starts at 6pm! The make your own keychains were a huge hit last month, so we restocked and I have a few helpers this evening 💕 They'll be accepting custom shirt orders,and will have a few display options on hand for reference.
Come out and support our local cheer athletes of all ages!

A's Portland trips are becoming less frequent, so I'm soaking up the chance to car crochet and start on the newest season of . I always have a project bag in the car and absolutely love being productive instead of doom scrolling on social media.
The weather has been down right chilly here...so the heated vest has become a wardrobe staple 🥶 Stay warm folks and I hope 2026 is treating you well 💕

Happy New Year! I'm entering 2026 with all the positive vibes I can muster. Crochet and caffeine is helping 🤩
This holiday season was the first in 3 years that I hadn't participated in vendor events and I missed it. I intend to get back to those events in 2026, along with keeping Main Street Floral & Design stocked with our items throughout the year.
For the rest of the cold weather season, all of my crochet apparel will be in her shop, along with school spirit wear.
Keep an eye out for details on our first event on January 10th.

Well, this might just be my favorite locale for a vendor event 🥰 Things are a little different tonight at Main Street Floral & Design. I am here until 6pm tonight, accepting custom apparel orders and limited custom credit crochet orders. Other vendors in house, so come knock out those last minute gift details. Shantelle always has a wide variety of gifts and decor 💕🎄

Starting today, I'll be taking a break on accepting orders. Any current orders will be filled during this time but nothing new. Timing wasn't great to get this done but I should be able to accept and complete Christmas orders in time for the holidays.

First day of Autumn means one thing around here, busy season is upon us! Fall sports has kicked off and as always, we strive to help local youth programs with their apparel needs. We accept custom orders, no minimum amount required at this time. Last week was all about youth soccer and fall cheer. This week is middle school soccer and stocking up some Nokomis swag at Main Street Floral & Design

I had surprise at the end of my bed this morning...a delivery of sorts from our favorite 🐈‍⬛ I haven't had much time to crochet this summer and I think Margaret is just being the helpful 😆 I wish I could've seen her carrying this particular skein, it's almost as big as her.
