as well as lead them into accomplishing the goals that they have set out for their life. 4. To connect women with agencies, companies, and organizations that supports women so that women will know where to get professional support if needed. 5. To set the pace and raise the expectations of the women for this year. It is to encourage the women to go forth into their future with confidence and determination so that they can uplift their lives, their families, their workplaces and their communities.

Last night, the ladies in attendance at the conference began their FIGHT! They released all of those things in their lives that had been troubling them and holding them back from doing all these great thing strong women are capable of doing. They wrote them on the lantern and we watched as those problems took FLIGHT. Within a few seconds, those things we as women had been battling were far from sight and at some point they had disappeared. Just like that lantern, with FAITH, those struggles that we release will no longer be a part of our lives.

U know what I love? A good meal. I heard at the Breakthrough conference they are feeding a sista breakfast, lunch, and dinner. For free!!! U know im coming!
