Haven’t posted on here in a while but here’s a custom media console cabinet that we’re building for a client at the moment. Just finishing up face frames and trim work then attaching the top and then it’s off to its new home. I will post pictures once we get it installed.

Did you know that the black ink splat looking patterns on spalted maple is actually from mold growing on the fallen tree? If the mold doesn’t destroy the tree it hardens within the grains and created these beautiful patterns. Nature is so cool! Anyway, finally getting around to using a couple prize pieces I’ve been holding onto for just the right project. 😎
