Back from Vermont and finally breaking in our new lounge, tonight actually. Also, my friend Josh Greene designed this killer coffee table and it’s called the Yosemite from his new furniture line with Dowel. If you’re not following him already, you’re missing out. This week has truly been a learning experience for us! We took a pause and spent that time asking questions and doing the work... learning more on the history of being black in America. Growing up in another country where we were considered the majority, and first learning about and actually feeling like a minority after starting college in the US was a privilege that we did not fully understand until this week. Our eyes are open and we want to help in any way we can. Let’s start with this ❤️ we want to show our support to the by declaring ourselves as a and making a donation towards their cause today - I hope you all take the time to do the same ❤️ your feed may start looking normal soon but it’s our job to keep the momentum of this change going! Let’s keep talking about this and try find more ways to empower the black community in design.
